A violinist by profession, Andrew pursued his Music Degree in UPM, majoring in Music Technology. Upon graduating, he joined CPAC as a violin instructor and took on the role as CEO of the company since 2004. He introduced and directed the musical, The Wizard of Oz in 2004. From then on, he has been working with the CPAC team of choreographers, musicians and directors to produced the annual Musical Theatre Productions in Cempaka Schools. West Side Story, Fame, Seussical, Hairspray, Legally Blonde and Annie are among the musicals that they have done since 2005. There were Disney titles as well - Beauty & the Beast and Tarzan. The Little Mermaid will be the third Disney title on the list for CPAC.

In 2017, CPAC advanced to a new level by writing and producing an adaptation of Alice’s Wonderland, with newly written lyrics, music and script. This endeavour was recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records for being the “first school to stage an original musical at a professional level”. This was followed by CPAC’s Dames & Dimes (2019) and Spooks, the Musical (2023). The 2024 production of The Little Mermaid will be another exciting challenge to look forward to

Scott McQuaid is a British writer-director for stage, screen, and podcast, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts and a Master of Fine Arts in Filmmaking. Scott has directed numerous plays and musicals in Malaysia, winning consecutive BOH Cameronian Arts Awards, including the Best Musical Director award. He is also recognised in the Malaysia Book of Records for writing and directing the original musical "Alice's Wonderland".

As an author, Scott has published a book, which is a collection of his original plays, entitled ‘Scott Forgot The Title’. It is available worldwide on Amazon, Waterstones and BookDepository.

Scott is also a filmmaker and he established his own Indie movie production company, Plastic Monkey Films, in 2017. He wrote, directed and produced his debut feature film – the cult B-movie, ‘Space Ninjas’, which was released worldwide on Amazon Prime and Apple TV+, to critical acclaim

Shen Vee is a multi-talented musician. He is a UCSI music graduate with a Contemporary Piano Performance Major. During his undergraduate years, he contributed his musical works to the local production “Visit Malaysia series”. Shen Vee is very active in the music scene, performing in pop/jazz bands with reputable musicians like Bizhu, Hameer Zawawi, Froya. He also performs with local artists as backing vocals. At CPAC, he teaches vocal, writes music arrangements, composes music and is the Music Director for the musical theatre productions. He has written music for the Junior Musicals - Flowertopia, The Enchanted Book, Metanoia, Always Neverland and Oz, the Rainbow Road.

Melinda graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Contemporary Music (UCSI) and has over 12 years of teaching experience in piano, vocal and musicianship. She has worked with many performers in bands, a cappella groups, dance and theatre productions. In the past musical theatre productions with CPAC, Melinda has taken the role of Vocal Director, coaching soloists and the vocal ensemble. She loves sharing her passion and working with singers, helping them to grow and develop an inclination for the performing arts

As an established dancer and choreographer, Caren has performed in a great deal of productions in Malaysia and abroad. She was also in Macau for a year, working as a professional dancer. Caren studied classical, modern and contemporary dance in ASWARA. In addition to her role as Dance Instructor in CPAC, she’s also the choreographer for CPAC’s musical theatre productions, Annie, Legally Blonde, Alice’s Wonderland, Happy Days and Dames & Dimes Musical. Caren was nominated as Best Choreographer in the BOH Cameronian Arts Awards for Dames & Dimes Musical in 2019.

Gloria holds a Diploma and Bachelor degree in Dance (Hons) (Choreography), conferred by ASWARA. Her wide range of skills in traditional dance opened up opportunities for her to perform not just in Malaysia but in Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, China and Switzerland. She has a wealth of experience performing in local musical theatre. This includes Hang Li Po, Ibu Zain and Puteri Gunung Ledang which were staged in Istana Budaya. She joined CPAC in 2012 and has choreographed many dance pieces and musicals including Tarzan, Wedding Singer, Annie, Legally Blonde, CPAC’s Alice’s Wonderland, Happy Days and Dames & Dimes, the Musical. She has also brought CPAC dance performances to Jakarta and Washington D.C.
